I know he shoots out hellfire, is it like a blast or a fireball type?

Pretty much a blast, but he could control it to do pretty much anything he wanted with it, and created his motorcycle from it on demand. So, he could do fireballs as well.

Hope you don't mind, but I might rip off your Blaze Ghost Rider idea. I have those custom Microman skulls I made, so may turn one into a Ghost Rider head, and then get one of the blue Material Force figures for his body.
